PINCOYA comes from Southern Chilean mythology. According to the legend, a beautiful woman appears from the ocean's depths to dance on the beach and foretell the fisherman how their fishing season will fare. (Yes, we are based in Costa Rica, not Chile, but we liked the full story of PINCOYA's legend anyway.)
